End-User License Agreement
Dong Dynasty – 18+ Software
1. Contracting Parties
This EULA is agreed between Gopex LLC ("Supplier") and you ("End-User") only. Xsolla is not a party to this EULA and is not responsible for the contents, quality, release date, or accessibility of this software.
Supplier is solely responsible and liable for this 18+ software. For complaints or queries, contact Supplier at: support@gopex.llc
Xsolla and its affiliates are authorized to sublicense this software to End-Users. When you purchase via Xsolla, you also accept Xsolla's end-user licensing agreement.
2. Software Support and Maintenance
Xsolla has no responsibility to provide support or maintenance for this software. Supplier is solely responsible for providing support and maintenance to End-Users.
3. Software Warranties
Supplier is wholly responsible for any warranties (expressed or implied) relating to this software under applicable laws. If the software fails to comply with applicable warranties, you may notify Xsolla for a refund of the purchase price. Xsolla has no further obligation. Supplier is responsible for any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses relating to warranty failures.
4. Software Claims
Supplier is responsible for responding to and addressing any End-User or third-party claims relating to this software, including product liability claims.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Supplier is responsible for the investigation, defense and settlement of any infringement action concerning third-party intellectual property rights and this software.
